Fine and Supreme differ in the degree of "perfection", with the Fine including a magnificent etrog, beautifully shaped and virtually unblemished.
NOTE: Some etrogim and lulavim are grown and imported from Israel. The hadassim and aravot(myrtle and willow) are shipped in vacuum-packed plastic in order to preserve the plants. After opening to inspect, keep closed and protected until you are ready to use the Etrog and Lulav. Keep the etrog in the shipping box; keep the lulav in the plastic bag and place the hadassim and aravot in a cool place, or in your refrigerator.
We have expert packers who use special packing materials to insure that these products arrive in halachically acceptable condition.
Sorry but there are are no refunds on lulav and etrog or any other purchase of such kind.
